Our practice boundary has changed. From 16th October 2023, we are no longer able to accept registrations from patients who do not live within the TD5 postcode area.

Online appointment booking is currently suspended.

Please call reception on 01573 224424 for a telephone or face to face appointment with the medical team.  Appointments can be booked up to 4 weeks in advance.  Please request a pre-bookable appointment with your doctor if your issue is non-urgent.

Call 111 out of hours if you require urgent advice that cannot wait or 999 if it is an emergency
